THE PETTING ZOO, NEAR FOUNTAIN LAKE
BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA
APRIL 4 2007
Away from the over excited tiny tots and their frantic mothers, chasing down the frightened animals in a wonderful little petting zoo, this white Muscovy duck found a quiet spot away from it all.
Keeping one eye on the pesky cameraman, spoiling his solitary bliss, he allowed me ever closer, but was somewhat relieved when I moved on and left him to his much needed rest, peace and contemplative thought once more
