FLOOG'S GARDEN, KENT, ENGLAND
MAY 5 2008
The simplicity and wonder of nature never fails to captivate and delight me. Humble, though beautiful Bluebells clumped in a bed in the garden, on the second real day of summer rays.
These colourful little devils run amok if not kept in check, and spread like a plaque of locusts through your borders and beds, requiring hours of knee crunching, back breaking work to rid yourself of them fully.
One man's floral Utopia is another man's deadly weed I guess.
And yet, in isolation, I rather like them
If you look carefully, you'll spot an adventurous ant on the main stem just next to the second level.
